Crokinole Board Replacement or Refund Guarantee
Any board with shipping damage will either be replaced with a new board or refunded according to the shipping damage.
What we need from you in this situation is photographs so we can file a damage claim with UPS.
The following photographs are needed for a damage claim:
- Photographs of damage to the Crokinole Board and/or products
- Photographs of all packaging, the front and back of the box zoomed out so you can see all edges, and any damages to the box you can find (close up shots)
- Photographs of the inner foam, edge protectors, and carrying case
- Please keep the board and packaging itself as UPS may want to pick it up to inspect it.
Once we see the damage we can determine next steps, either refunding you or sending out a replacement board.
