More than fulfilled my expectations. A silky smooth playing surface, coupled with the liveliest bumpers I've come across. As my friend said during the first match, the bumper action adds a whole new dimension to the game.

On top of that, to me its pure eye candy and have it on displaying it when not in use. This will not be my last board from Tom and CC. On a personal note folks remember "buy Canadian and support independent family business "

I ordered a discount board that had some character. Looks and plays perfect! However, I had to add some shims to the bottom so it stays sturdy on the table during play. This is not a deal breaker and I highly recommend. Thanks :)

Received my board a couple of weeks back . Was delivered very promptly. It looks beautiful ! Played several games with 4 players and nothing but praise for this board . I wanted this version for two reason. One it reminded me of my first Board and Second it has a lovely Chess Board on the back. As a tip, we used a little Mothers California Gold Spray Wax on it, it only takes a few minutes to apply and it makes the board incredibly fast!
We have already spent hours playing and really enjoy the board. It also looks amazing on the wall. We even got a compliment on it. Thinking it was some kind of a work of art. Which we told them it is and you can play it as well. :)

Grew up in ontario but only learned about this game from fellow Canadian friends after I moved to the US. Bought the Classic board for my friends for Christmas. And decided I had to get myself one. Love the Baltic Bircher! Both boards are of great quality and arrived really quickly. Thanks Ted!

I got this as my first board and I am not disappointed. Sturdy construction and nice finish. It is an octagon, so you can't return disks by sliding them around the outside, but I don't see that as much of a downside.

Ted was very responsive to my e-mails and was always available to answer whatever questions I had.

Shipping took about 10 days to Ohio.

This board is very well put together and it ships in good condition (just PLEASE pay extra to have the company ship it priority because mine came in about a month and this was NOT the senders fault it was the shipping company). The board plays very well although this IS my first board but my whole family has no problem making 20's WITHOUT even using the cool wax powder it comes with. I WOULD recommend the baltic bircher. the maker even had amazing customer service

I recently purchased the Baltic Birch board from Ted Fuller three week ago and I am 100% percent satisfied with the workmanship and quality of this board. My daughter and I had played many games and had a lot of fun. I was surprised to see how the bumpers respond. Great bounce.
Also I’ve spoken to Ted Fuller a few times and he was very pleasant and very helpful with my questions. I recommend giving him a phone call.

This board is exactly as described and is a great value for the money. It's well made, attractive but most importantly it has a very smooth playing surface which makes for great game play. I bought 4 of these for staff members and they all love them!
