Beautiful board and excellent customer service

My board is beautiful and is a pleasure to play on. When the box arrived, it was very banged up with a few decent sized punctures in it. Because it was packed so well, the board was fine. The carrying bag ended up with a slice in it. I reported this to Ted and Alanda and they quickly repsonded with an offer to make it right. It is not often that you get such great customer service anymore and I truly appreciate it. I would definitely buy from them again as well as recommened them to others.
